Albinism Dare to Dream Initiative-ADDI formerly Miss Albinism Zimbabwe Trust is an award winning non profit/ charitable organization which was established in 2017 with an objective to raise awareness of the current circumstances and the rights of people with albinism and to draw the attention of the public at large to the need for People with Albinism to be accepted as equal citizens and to claim their rightful place in society.
Persons with Albinism have full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and respect for their dignity.
Albinism Dare to Dream Initiative-ADDI promotes, protects and ensures the enjoyment of all human rights by Persons with Albinism.
Integrity : We aspire to live to the highest standards of personal honesty and behaviour; we do not compromise our reputation and always act in the best interest of the community we serve.
Accountability : We take personal responsibility for using resources efficiently, achieving measurable results and being accountable to all our stakeholders.

Respect : We honour the intrinsic dignity and worth of Persons with Albinism and the community we serve.
Innovation : We are open to new ideas, embrace change and take disciplined risks to develop sustainable solutions for and with the community we serve.
Empowerment : We are committed to developing the confidence of Persons with Albinism and enhancing their individual talents and capabilities to maximize their contribution to societal wellbeing
